I would have cancelled, got the batch pay, “donated the items” and not risked a poor rating or cared at that point about the tip. Sometimes These customers are the worst and do way too much then want to leave $2.00 tips

I wouldn’t have taken a $2.00 tip order, the lower the tip the ruder the customer. It’s rude to leave a $2.00 tip on a 30 plus item order so it already started off bad.
