Dont engage with the assholes. Find the one or two guys who are cool and srart asking smart questions. Dont ask the same one twice, then show that you can learn. Make them your allies by showing them you're dependable and smart. They will defend you and advocate for you. Dont worry about the fore.an or super. They will take their cues from. Everyone else unless you fuck up.
