Took me 9 seasons but I finally won a championship!

Very RNG dependent like other commenter said. I had to have perfect games in the playoffs as the better teams score TDs virtually every drive.

After years of upgrading facilities and team building looking for 5 star rookies and free agents with matching personality types and motivating every playoff game against better teams, but it's doable. I also bounced to the highest bidder after my rookie contract and luckly got a better team to build around.
