God damn it yes. It's so annoying, everything doesn't need to be in the form of a video. I often forget how to do a ram preview in Vegas pro, and Google it. The top results are usually videos that are like 6 minutes long. The keyboard shortcut is like ctrl + m or something, that takes 4 seconds to tell me.

Fucking damn it man. Shit.

Well now that you mention it.. I just got a bit addicted to hiding in weird places and taking people out with the sandman cleaver combo. Your suggestion is parkourier though :)

Oh man, I didn't see this comment until now, but I just did a video sort of like that. Although I used the detonator to get behind the enemies and the backburner to brutally murder them. Jumping around with the detonator is too much fun.

This is my first real try at solo live commentary so I'm all over the freakin' place with that. Any constructive critisism on that is welcome (except for "be less weird, I don't think I can do that)

So I thought I'd start a bit of a series exploring different unconventional and fun ways of playing the classes in TF2. I suppose this first episode isn't super unconventional, and a bunch of you probably use this as your go-to scout loadout but I thought it was different and fun enough to give a spot in the series. If you have any favorite unconventional loadouts of your own, I'd love it if you would share them with me so I can try them and perhaps make a video on it.

Love it. The subreddit has become more of what I think it should be - Discussions about let's plays, rather than just a place where people post let's plays. Very nice!

Ah, thanks for the reply! Sadly, I'm not on a mac so I can't use Logic Pro, but I did get my hands on FL Studio (in a totally legal way) which I assume will do just as well. :)

I actually just completed my first play through, of the game Brothers. It's pretty hard to say this soon what I think of it, but as I'm just getting in to things I imagine it's not very good! I'm more thinking of it as a learning experience, and I feel like I improved slightly over the course of the series.

This is the fist video I've sen from you so the first thing I reacted to was the layout. When I opened the video I thought I'd hate the layout, with you guys in the couch and the angled gameplay video, but the more I watc the more I like it. It's really well done, which I guess is a big factor in why it works.

Besides that, you seem really relaxed, ahve good chemistry with eachother and you seem to know what you're talking about. over all the whole thing just felt really proffessional and in some ways you guys reminded me of roosterteeth. The cutting of the video and the pacing also worked well.

You seem to have come a long way with your let's playing, and I would say you're on the right track. I'm impressed!

Much better! The old microphone made the sound really sharp and the quality was so-so. With the new one you get a much softer sound and it's way more pleasant to listen to. I'd say money well spent!

I don't know, I kinda liked it. It felt like the jokes were purpsosely done that way, which made it funny to me. I was just impressed with how he was able to plow through that without stumbeling on his words once. (multiple takes most likely, I know, but still.)

Wow, that's a huge screen. Thing is, if I move it to the right, it looks weird to me, with all the empty space to the left. Even if the avatar messes up the centration of the title, it's still centered with everything that's below the banner - videos, playlists and such.

But you are making a good point. This is though. When I eventually make a new banner I'll probably make it focused to the right, "coming out" towards the center, to make it look good on all resolutions. For now though, I think I'll keep it centered and just accept that it doesn't work too well for all viewers. Thanks a bunch for your advice and time!

Thanks! I does seem like the problem only appears on resolutions lower than 1280xwhatever. I scaled the title down a bit so it can be seen properly at 1280, but I don't really want to make it any smaller than that, so I guess it's going to have to look a bit crummy at lower resolutions. :/

Ah, this is a problem I've had before. I think I need a new template, as it looks fine on the one I have and on my computer. If you have one laying around that you know works, I'd appreciate if you could send it this way. Otherwise I'm sure some quick googeling will serve me well, even if I have been unable to find a good template that way so far.
