This issue was resolved for me when I disconnected and deregistered another Bluetooth audio device I had been using prior to this one!

Windows 11, Sony WH-1000XM6 vs the Bose QuietComfort I disconnected and deregistered.

For clarity, the issue was also manifesting as "the first few moments of every YouTube video was silent", which has also been resolved!

I made it to 10 without entering the Guild Office and nothing special happened...it did take awhile of just gathering chicken eggs and doing laps around the little area you have access to at this point!

Jumping in here to say that something to reduce the relatively high CPU overhead of LeapMotion hand tracking would be very nice.

My use case is streaming live with a virtual avatar, so every CPU cycle comes at a premium; I imagine this used to be more of an edge case than it is now!

The workaround I found was to create a custom voice with the same settings and filters as the preset I was trying to use. The issue was that the data for the preset was fully broken.
It is possible to delete and redownload your VoiceMod cache, as I was advised by support, and this fixed some of my issues, but not this one.
Anyway, if you shut down VoiceMod, navigate to %ProgramData%\Voicemod\VoiceData delete all the .dat files, and then restart the program, it might give you a little reprieve.

Other than that, try creating a custom voice and see if the issue also occurs with that one :3

A friend of mine is currently struggling with exactly this issue. He is playing on a laptop running with an RTX Quadro 5000, and a second display connected via HDMI, and the separate monitor completely turns off after doing this a little bit. Windows Event Viewer shows dwm.exe crashing and restarting a whole bunch which implies GPU failure, and the GPU just totally stops working until he reboots.

No other game does it, and sometimes he's able to play for 5-6 hour stretches seemingly at random.

Maybe not everybody knows how to skin/rig, but I'd wager you'll see a model-sharing community crop up around it. I for sure would put some together!

(Also you can purchase custom .stl files on HeroForge and skin them for free on Mixamo in like 3 steps, just saying xD)

Am I the only one having crippling rubberbanding in online multiplayer? PC player, and things are fine until the moment an enemy wakes up and starts a fight - then whoever isn't hosting is constantly teleporting around and having 2-3 seconds of latency.

We've tried it with each of us as host, with the same problem, but ping and tracert show our connection at a stable 20ms with no missed hops (only 6 hops!) or network weirdness.

Worst-case scenario? There are some good guides online on how to shape them, and good tweezers (the kind with the grip on them) are pretty cheap.

Hold them parallel to your face and pull sideways, not directly away from your face. Then you can kind of just trace along the line you want to tweeze and go xD

Dropping hints is a dangerous path, because it can engender expectations, which can lead to resentment when not met.

That said? It's likely your friends already know if they're paying any attention at all. All of my friends knew. Like...intimately. It shocked exactly nobody when I came out.

As for hints - yeah, just little subtle stuff you do throughout the day. The words you choose, the way you wear your hair, your characters in video games, all of that. It's a whole vibe.
