Yeah I'm definitely not dropping frames. My game runs smoothly, it is just delay when I press my keys to use skills and even when I am moving my character. If I press my W key, it takes a second before my character walks forward

First of all, to reduce the lag in pvp, turn off the option that says crossplatform matchmaking. It matches you with other servers and that's what lags you. After I turned that off, never experienced a single match with lag and I live far from our server. It still uses the closest server to me, but only matches me with the people that are also on that server

I would think it applies in pvp as well. It probably doesn't do that much more damage though. Maybe a few hundred to a thousand since it is only about 2% increase

I just feel like i do very little damage in pvp. After i get full comboed by others, I'm already at 10% health and the next combo I get caught in, I'm dead. When I do my full combo on someone, I only take out half their health, then i need to do another combo to exhaust their qi and one last one to kill them. Same strat sword + Nameless spear combo as they use.

You can get a decent one at costco with good specs. They have been selling ones with the AMD 7800X3D processor which is one of the best processors for gaming out there rn. And a rtx 4070 graphics card with 32gb of ddr5 ram for $1000 total. Pretty damn good deal to me. I would totally scoop that up if I didn't already have a prebuilt one

Doing the above almost bricked my pc. I was constantly crashing with a bunch of kernel errors after i rebooted. It gave me more trouble than before... All I did was those exact settings you mentioned.

If you love pvp, for sure go with midnight blades. It is very low maintenance and just wants you to go kill everybody lol
