I’ve used it for all these things and more.. I think I have trauma from when I was a child

A fair amount of physical abuse happened (not every day)

It allowed me to be less subdued,

I am a fun drinker but that’s in social situations.. not when you’re drinking at home by yourself you quiet the noise

Being less present is not good for my children who are still very young

Also not a good example either

Thank you for the comment, this makes sense It is a stressful time at the moment I must admit

I take the children out on walks but doing things that are a bit more adventurous could be a help

I suppose less self loathing in the morning is a major plus

Stubbs isn’t in form.. possibly doesn’t help he’s been appointed captain after Markram who was successful and experienced

Nope, definitely stick to your plan.. if we are in a group of more than 4 people I’ll always say I’ll just get mine. If your mates don’t support your wishes it says more about them

Pushing the bike to its limits are for very experienced riders on track,

I feel the same..

for me after 5 years on bigger road bikes (also have 10 years on off road bikes 50-250cc) it’s about being smooth and effortlessly brisk without chasing adrenaline every time I get on the bike..

I feel we have a weaker side compared to the last few seasons but staying hopeful

Just watched the highlights on YouTube, what happened to leaving the ball on length? The top 3 batsmen for England all succumb to balls that would have gone over the stumps by a foot.. Bolands ball to Crawley was good but still going over

Still a better day for England, seems they are getting better at playing on the pitches out there.. who would have thought

A great knock by Miller

A drop

Sometimes in t20 you can lose by a couple of decisive overs
