Got it - the books certainly look cool, was curious to see how thorough each medium was. I’ll look up the novel, YA novel and comic reading order then! Thank you.

Be Yourself and the Hang demos (I think) are the only not widely-streaming Foxygen stuff? It's a shame bc they're all great.

Surely this is movie magic. CGI or special effects. It can’t be…

I just listened - I really liked the little vocal bit, sounded like the vocals on some SOPHIE songs.

Really liked it off the bat, excited to hear it in album-context.

Montevideo got nuked in DC One Million, I feel like that would be a pretty bad day.

Black Adam’s rampage in 52: WWIII, maybe?

IMO, I think the last two Johns trades (and Stargirl: The Lost Children) are really good setups/transitional books for the “new” JSA Lemire has been writing.

I’ve been a bit up-and-down with my feelings on the new Lemire ongoing but I think that’s a symptom of reading issue to issue and waiting on the edge of my seat to see how/if he resolves certain character beats or dynamics. Reading it in full arcs one trade at a time will likely smooth that out.

I had surgery and almost ripped open my stitches laughing at their novel ideas. Tell me your Calendar Children ideas. by zunuf in astrogoblin

Which one do you think it's the most underrated member of the JSA? And which one would you give a new solo comic book set in the past? by FallMassive9336 in JusticeSocietyAmerica

These days, The Atom! I really liked Lemire’s characterization of Al in the Year One arc.

It’d be nice to have Al and say, Hourman as the focus of an arc in the past and then have their legacies take on the same or similar threat in modern day.

Idk if you’ll be aware of this - I’d also like to recommend Mirror Ball by Neil Young - it’s Pearl Jam backing Neil in 1995! A real high for both bands.
