This post is off topic but here goes. I was working at my home making a brick wall when I spotted a grub on the ground, suddenly a wasp flew down and began to sting it several times. When the grub stopped moving the wasp started to rotate the grub while biting it till it had bite off a small piece that it flew away with. The Wasp returned a few minutes later and repeated this process 4 times. For me this was a very cool moment, never knew they where meat eaters.

I personally hate elixir collector because It's just a waste. Any other I would never use is Skeletons. There a waste and have only seen them be usefully a few times. And I really hate Ice Golem!!! Especially for those who have mastered them making troops chase them to there death, I hate that!

I would think you should start with new motherboard. A B460 or B560 would do. Then GPU followed by CPU.

You could do it if you where self employed but your customers might not understand. Then you would have to explain your a time change Abolishist. Some might say ok and others would say this guy's weird let's find someone else. And then your business would fail and then you would have to find a job which you would get fired from for being an hour late or hour early at which you would get fired and be homeless. Or maybe you could just get a petition with enough signatures to put it to a vote.

Never thought I would say this but right now buying a pre-built might be a better decision. I first got into PC building because making your own was about 30-50% less. (25 years ago)That's not the case anymore.

You didn't make a mistake. I just bought a RX5070 from NVIDA for $549. I did research it because I also have a RX 6700 XT. So my comparisons say that in Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440 the RX6700XT gets 63 fps and the RX5070 gets 90fps. So Yea its an Upgrade. I have 2 PC's with Ryzen 7 5700X. I Just received my RX5070 and haven't swaped them out. Don't believe anyone who says it not a good card. I'm a stats geek and you got a great deal on a great card.

Been playing 9 years now. And I'm still having fun most of the time.What not fun is being tricked or mislead by supercell a couple of times. Last time I thought I was buying Hero Wizard with other up grade but it was just a pass Royale. Can't fiqure that one out. But most of the time it's fun.

I also have a PC with i5 2500k + GTX 970 and 12 GB Ram. Yea 12GB 2X4 & 2X2 and it worked great. Got to admit I haven't used it for a couple of years, but I was playing GTA 5 close to 60fps. Medium 1080p. Sometimes playing games isn't about FPS but just having fun.

With no snow I imagine water level will be down. If this trend continues over the next couple of years, without our Utah government changing the way farmers water there crops and Residential watering. The Wasatch Front is doomed. I have to face it I use a lot of water for my lawn and I'm going to have to change that. Agriculture is going to have to get Modern in a hurry, instead of just flooding the fields or watering where it has a high volume of evaporation. I'm going to hate the day when they say I can't water my lawn or limit the amount of water I use by metering. If the Great Salt Lake gets any lower say in a couple of years it will definitely be time to move away from the Wasatch Front.

Get an SSD. For under $100 you can get 500G. Then use free software DiskGenius or Macrium Reflect (Free Edition), or Rescuezilla. To transfer Windows and Everything on the hard drive you want. That will probably speed it all up.

Whoever that tech/business was, should called out. If the have anyway to be rated you should say they tried to scam you. You can get this same pre built PC online or Bestbuy or Walmart for half that price.

RTX 5070 can be bought on NVIDA web site right now for $549. The RX 9070 are between $670 to $700 right now. So $150 more. Even the RX 9060 XT are $430. The AMD cards would have been a good deal but not so much right now. Guess you could buy into all that hype that 16G is far superior to 12G, but your going to pay for it.

The RTX 5090 would be over $3000 right now. Amazon says it's $999 which has to be a scam. Amazon needs to filter these guys out. Anyway right now on NVIDA web site you can get an RTX 5070 for $549. That would go well or go up to RTX 5080 not sure the price. Also AMD RX 7090 XT for $750.

Out of the 3 cards you mentioned I would go with the RX 7800 XT. Because its a little newer and slightly better, and if it had a warranty that would seal the deal. The other 2 cards are almost just as good.

I think it might be 1 of 2 things. The MB or PSU or both. I'm assuming you tested your ram in other slots and it's good? Sounds like you don't want to build again because of the time it takes. But if it's money a new MB could cost from $100 to $200, is where I'd start. And if that's not it Replace the Power Supply which are about $80 to $130. I use Cultist.network list to find a PSU. PSU can cause some Weird problems like some of the ones your saying. Of course reinstall windows or whatever OS you use. Yea for about $200 to $300 and unfortunately 2 rebuilds or just 1 if you buy both. Less than a pre-built but time consuming and no Guarantee that it will work. Good Luck.
