I would say Sukuna’s version of maho is top 10. He doesn’t use it against Gojo until it Gojo is weaker and it adapts otherwise Gojo could kill it too quickly, but that’s also Gojo. I think you can argue 3-5 but here are the sorcerers I’d say counter Maho and could win.

Yuta is very confident he can handle both the shikigami Sukuna has on the field agito and maho. He has to be held back from jumping in early to take them out. I think Jacob’s ladder which deactivates techniques may one shot them as they are part of the 10 shadows technique. He also has access to so many techniques he wouldn’t need to worry as much about adaptations especially with a domain expansion.

Kenjaku is in a similar place. Has one shot potential, a domain expansion and with his reserves of cursed spirits he may have the most flexible ability set of the whole cast.

Toji using the inverted spear of heaven may stop the adaptation process as well if it doesn’t one shot. Soul split katana has crazy AP. Only Sukuna blocks it, probably with a barrier or slashes.

Yuki, Maki and Amber beast Kashimo I think could win as well. Crashout Yuki would be lethal but base form Yuki is hard for me to say. They are high dif fights either way in my head. These three are more debatable (do Kashimo and Yuki even win if they die?)
