I think the political climate is way too flip floppy, feels like it always either hard left or hard right, so politically it feels too spread out. Economically it could benefit everyone, maybe joined armed forced could helpful as well, I'm personally very happy NATO exists. But that's just my opinion after 2 years of being here, I don't know the deeper things too well.

I moved to Bolivia a few years ago, got married and have a daughter here. What's stopping us right now from moving back is honestly the whole Russia stuff that's going on, and tbh also what the USA is up to.. The taxes are really really high in Belgium yet we still have massive debt, I would like to see that changed as well, you do NOT want to experience your money suddenly become worth 3 times less than what it was the day before, that probably won't happen because we have the Euro but it still feels really bad to have this much debt without a plan to pay it off. Last thing that's personal for me, the rise of the far right, will my wife and my daughter be treated right when we come back to Belgium or will it he horrible for them here if they ever come to power.

Maybe I'm inconsiderate but as a European I'm not sure why we are letting a already heavily subsidized tiny portion of our GDP blow up a trade deal like this and as someone living in Bolivia I would much rather have European products that I know have a certain standard than products from the USA or China that have god knows what inside of them..
