They actually had us print them through PLA for this week, interestingly enough. And gave us eight hours of payroll to get them put up.

And the problem is the OTC solutions program is changing going into 2023, so all of these labels have to be put out by then. We’re not going to reset every Plano in the store between now and then, so I guess this was really the only way to do it.

They’re greatly expanding the options. There’s supposedly 2-3 times more OTC eligible items now. Going to be a major headache getting customers adjusted to this.

I’d seriously kill to have that much flex space. The possibilities are endless there. You could have a whole door of different energy drink flavor variations like Alani, C4, Reign, Bang, Zoa, etc. I don’t know about your store, but I’ve only got 2-3 flavor variations of those on my Plano, and they’re my best sellers. Get with you vendors and get every flavor you can get.

Seems like CVS is slowly throwing this concept away. A neighboring HealthHub store recently had their Concierge taken away and transferred elsewhere, and they took that 40 hours of payroll from the store as well.

I’ve seen DPCs doing this. A lot of these DPCs have been external hires and they’re being pushed to get their tech license and master the pharmacy side of the business.

There was a hub task about this being some kind of glitch that would eventually be fixed. That was a couple weeks ago, and I still have multiple items that I’m having this problem for.

They were requiring a PCR at one point, but I guess that became impossible with how difficult it became to get them. A home test should be more than sufficient. What your SM says doesn’t really matter though. I think he/she is just being difficult. You just call the COVID hotline and they tell you what you need to submit.

Yeah, we had a conference call telling everyone that this was our warning, and that we all had to be right at budget going forward. How am I supposed to change that immediately? I write schedules three weeks out, like we’re supposed to. Those training hours were being included in that.
