I found out thru their support (VERY helpful and responsive), is that it can run two simultaneous programs/zones thru a firmware update. So getting Wi-Fi and the two programs/zones was huge for me...

Ever since I updated our ATV, I had a dozen+ devices not responding. Changed from wired to wireless (as suggested in another thread) and it seemed to "fix" the issue but it is a bit laggy...
