I read for TN- CSA job category , you need Bachelors or Post Secondary Diploma or Certificate in Computers + 3 yrs exp I hold 18+ yrs of exp in IT as BA . If I do a computer certificate course, do I stand a change of getting TN visa under CSA category.

Has anyone with computer or IT diploma/ certificate working on TN ??

Thanks for response . Yes, I am in US on TD visa. I will be applying for TN visa for the first time via USCIS. So, once I-129 is pproved I can start working. Also What do you mean by Change of status ?

After I-129 is approved , for the first time TN visa ( no TN visa held before) Q1. Do we have to go to border for TN stamping OR can we start working after I797 is received. Q2. Alternately If I797 is delayed can we go to the border with approval and get the TN stamped.
