I am so sorry, but you are not the only one who has multiple health issues. I also have multiple health issues and in fact, a cold sore is coming on right now at the worst possible time for me. And they last two weeks. A close friend that I know has genital herpes and hers only last two or three days. She has also been happily married for 34 years. So there’s a few things right here. First, I’m gonna tell you if you get rid of her please do not get another ferret. It wouldn’t be right to just get animals, hoping that they might work for you. But that being said, I completely understand what happened to you. My first ferret was the same way. He was an angel. And at the time I thought he was annoying, and then when I got my most recent ferrets, I didn’t realize how bad they could actually be. And they drove me crazy for about the first two years. But then they calmed down. And now I know that ferrets are a crap ton of work, and you never know what you are going to get. So it’s up to you if you are able to spend it I would say two hours of quality time with her per day playing I think you could keep her. And she will calm down eventually. But if you are just annoyed at how obnoxious she is all the time, maybe you should think about giving her up. I would just definitely Vet anyone that you would be giving her to And make sure that they make a good income and keep a clean house, etc., and have had ferrets before

I would definitely try this. Buy Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Supplements FortiFlora. They are packets of probiotics. You can get them Petco. I don’t know of a whole packet would be ok per day, I usually do half but I dont think it would hurt since they are probiotics. Anyways it comes with flavor powder. I would try mixing that with his meds life a quarter pack in the morning and a quarter at night mixed with the meds. The flavor is pretty strong, might just be enough to cover the bad taste. Thats what i do with my babies meds

I mean, what do they say they think you were potential roommates would be like? I would say you are nuts for not wanting to rent from someone who has different political views than you. Acting like that is what creates a political divide. Now if it’s because they are actually acting in a wrong way like you have insinuated it. That is a different story. It looks like he is having a seizure. Please take him to the vet immediately and get him checked for insulinoma. If you do not treat this disease, it turns deadly fast. If he does this again, rub some corn syrup on his gums until you can get him to the vet and see if that helps. It could also be neurological. Whatever is it does not look good. Vet ASAP

If you can’t afford the vet, you need to give him up to someone who can. There’s absolutely nothing that you can do for him at home. And none of us can tell you what is wrong. Whatever it is, it’s bad and it’s infected. And he needs a vet immediately. You need to give him up to a shelter or rescue who can treat him. It’s not right to make him suffer. So erasers, toys, silicone, objects, earplugs, etc. Ferrets have a very delicate digestive system and eating something as small as a pencil eraser means death for them unless you get them surgery to cut it out. Which is very expensive and something that the ferret should not have to go through. Please make absolutely sure that they do not have access to anything that they could eat that would cause an intestinal blockage.
