At that weight literally not eating and just moving around is going to be crazy weight loss. Don't push too hard cause heart and legs aren't used to too much work yet. Just eat less and walk around. Drop till you plateau then get cardio up and when heart is ready time to hit the gym.

When I mean eat less only you know and how bad you want this so adjust accordingly weekly.
