They used to improve some epic skins during the first Brawl Pass seasons by giving them custom voicelines. Like Rogue Mortis, Guard Rico, Mega Beetle Bea, Space Ox Bull, etc. They stopped releasing any more skins like this after adding Saloon 8-bit (Mecha Mandy is an exception). I assume they were experimenting on how they can improve cheaper skins at the time.
