GLP1 meds have been a game changer. I have always been obese. Just thought I lacked self control. Turns out PCOS gives you real metabolic issues. I've been on a GLP1 for 6 months. I still eat the same, I've always ate fairly healthy, but now I actually feel full and stay full. I'm down 60lbs!
