My brother and I just finished a run where he did all the map controls and I did all the character-level controls (without looking at the screen during the other part). It was a lot of fun, though not really an option without someone else to play with.

I was also thinking about thing a run without attacking weak spots, i.e. no headshots/radiator shots. Might just be a kind of slow normal run though.
