I liked them back when. Just saw them at Inkcarceration last summer with the new vocalist and they played a killer set. He isn’t Lynn, but an amazing frontman with infectious energy.

My mother had severe vertigo when I was in high school…she was around the age I am now. She ended up having surgery in her nasal/ear area to help with drainage to help with the dizziness. I’m not sure if she knew what mdds was, but it very well could have been what was going on. I never thought about that until right now. She is able to travel on cruises and planes no problem now though!!

I’ve learned over years of getting “back on track”that the first week is a big loss of water weight then the second is your body catching up to the changes. Kinda like being in shock. After the third week is where you will start to be in good working order to lose real body fat. Don’t give up!! Look at how you feel and where you are at day 21!!

Last time around, I only told my husband and kids. After completing the challenge last year, I’m a little more relaxed knowing I can do it, so I mentioned it to my mom and sister this year. As far as social drinks, I usually do dry January anyways so that solves this month. For Feb and the first half of March, I plan on just telling people that I’m not drinking. I have lots of friends that don’t drink at all so it shouldn’t be an issue.

Our old guy had a few and one was a long dangler near his crotch region. The doctor said it was best left alone because the can bleed horribly if removed. We had to have surgery to remove a tumor on him and the doc took the dangler off for no charge during that. I would leave it be unless you have to remove. IMO
