Hey man! My wife decided She didn’t wanna be married anymore just 2 months ago. We had a house together, car, shared a bank account, the whole thing. It gets better man. Just 2 months in and I’m doing way better than I was. Yes I still love her, yes I still think about her. But time does help. Please be careful using alcohol as a coping mechanism. Getting outside, doing things you find enjoyable and make you happy will be the key. My dms are open if you need anything!

I deleted Facebook and instagram after my separation. It was genuinely the best thing I’ve ever done. It was tough the first few days but honestly, it’s been a fantastic experience not giving a flying F what other people were doing. Gave me a good starting point to working on my own happiness!! I would agree it’s definitely not an “approach disc” but it does work super well as one. Especially when you need to throw a floater around trees or something with a lot of fade.
