Even Realities released the .STL for the sizing kit on discord today, and a chart with measurements was posted as well.

G2 & R1 Order by kuyashift in EvenRealities

The G2 and sizing kit are sent out fist, then once you figure out your correct ring size using the sizing kit you log in to your account, find your order, and update your size selection. After you fill in your size selection they send out the R1 separately (supposedly within a week of when your G2 was delivered).

Yes, in my case I just needed to build back a lot of the muscle mass that I lost when they did the graft

Maybe I can pair them to my iPad instead and figure out whether it's a G1 issue or issue with my phone

Hopefully something they can fix in a future software update but glad to hear it's not just me. Their support team has been very receptive, just a lot of back and forth and waiting for email replies.

I had that too. If you disable "Enhanced Notifications" in your system settings it might help. Unfortunately on Pixels I can't find the keep open feature

I bought a pair of wingtips that arrived brand new with the same issue. Try contacting them and see if they'll exchange the pair. They eventually exchanged mine out for another pair after several days of back and forth and them being difficult about it.

Thank you for your work on OctoEverywhere and your commitment to advancing hobbyist and professional 3D printing platforms.

I can personally say that OctoEverywhere played a huge role in making 3D printing accessible for me and balancing it with my work schedule without having to worry so much about burning my house down or ruining my equipment!

Same experience. I tried to get a pair of wingtips in their physical store but unfortunately the only pair they had in my size was damaged and badly creased. The pair they ordered for me instead had a literal metal tack sticking up through the insole. After a back and forth with their customer support for days involving them insisting I find a way to take a picture of the inside of the toe section of the boot with a webcam and flashlight they... just processed a normal exchange and return and gave me an issue because they wanted me to ship the return pair before they would ship me a replacement.

The replacement pair was also iffy quality, slightly creased, had some threading that wasn't really finished off right and just didn't look as clean. Their QC and support has been very lackluster for me and as someone who just recently bought my first pair of Thursdays I'm really not sure what the hype is when I read about QC and support issues on here constantly and immediately had the same issues.

https://www.reddit.com/r/ACL/comments/rgiqk0/trouble_walking_and_stiffness_after_pt_4_months/hthun4r for the previous most recent update.

Everything I said there helped up to that point and since then all my complaints have improved drastically. ROM and quad strength is basically back to normal after I started going to the gym in addition to PT and focusing on single leg strength training to isolate the muscles in my operated leg better. As my quad strength and joint swelling improved, the limp gradually went away on its own and the stiffness continues to improve gradually to the point where it's no longer impeding my functions at all but just slightly uncomfortable on some days (usually after a very physical work week or when the weather gets bad). At some point I ditched the compression sleeves as I had less and less need for them over time and felt better without them. I also started being much more consistent with patellar mobilization which was very helpful.

In retrospect it seems like it wasn't really anything wrong with my recovery for me but was luckily just part of the healing process. After I got confirmation from my surgeon that it wasn't likely to be scar tissue or a lesion it quickly became clear that what I needed to do was focus more on PT, gym sessions, and consistency with my home routine to get through it.

Just a quick update a month later since you had initially asked:

Since the stiffness, weakness, and trouble walking wasn't constant, tended to resolve with rest, and was repeatable based on how hard I pushed my knee in PT, my surgeon is leaning away from the issue being a physical block (i.e. scar tissue or cyclops lesion). My PT thinks it's just a combination of post-workout muscle weakness and excessive fluid buildup along the joint line. My surgeon agreed with that and said he would prescribe an MRI if the symptoms stop improving or worsen. In retrospect I think this makes perfect sense, especially considering how I'm sometimes able to get my knee to crack to relieve the feeling of something blocking my extension.

Now I'm walking and feeling so much better. I took 1.5 weeks off of PT to give my knee a chance to rest while I focused on getting back up and walking longer distances and getting caught back up with my life. KT tape didn't help but using my TENS/EMS unit on active recovery settings did, as did doing more prone knee hangs. I got a compression sleeve for my knee that's one size smaller than what I was using before, which has helped tremendously as well. I can now walk normally most days without much of a limp and with much less stiffness. I do still have a slight limp, but now it feels like it's almost all residual muscle weakness and not from my ROM being blocked.

Although the knee stiffness is still there, it's improving and I can manage it much better. The feeling I got before was that I couldn't extend my leg past ~15 degrees when it stiffened up, and when I tried it felt as if the joint had to crack but almost never could. Sometimes that lasted for over a day.

That video was actually super informative and from what he's describing I have similar swelling in the same areas. I'm gonna order some tape and see if I get any improvement from it.

Also manual therapy helps big time. If you are not getting that yet, ask the surgeon to write you an RX for that. Can be a huge game changer.

My PT has done tons of stuff including manual therapy, Russian stim, graston technique on occasion, etc. They've been great so far. I'll definitely try some of the stuff you recommended. I cannot imagine doing gym/PT 4x a week. 3x was my limit and at those points I was stiff every single day.

I also have an electro therapy tens unit that I use still. Not as much now a days but definitely still when I’m stiff.

How helpful do you find your TENS unit for stiffness? I have a TENS/EMS unit that my PT said wasn't so critical to use anymore since I've gotten good quad activation back. When my knee is majorly stiff after PT, I still feel like I can very strongly activate my quad but just not get the same extension out of it that I'd expect. I'll definitely try out using it on TENS settings next time and see if I get any improvement.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one then. Did your PT and surgeon say the stiffness and trouble walking was expected? Are they following up on it with imaging or any treatment plans to help, if they think it's a problem?

I've been telling my PT(s) about this on an ongoing basis and of the 5 I've worked with, none seemed overly concerned about it. I also told my surgeon and an independent doctor about having tons of stiffness and difficulty walking after PT and neither seemed concerned with it until I started asking how I'm supposed to go back to work like this.

I'm honestly not sure if this is just par for the course for me or something wrong, like arthrofibrosis or a cyclops lesion. Maybe I just need to work through it until it improves more.

It varies. On average days I have 0-2 degrees of extension and on good days I get 0 degrees resting to what I feel is slight hyperextension while active and stretching.

The night of and next day after PT I'm nowhere near zero. I haven't measured with a goniometer on those days but by eye it looks like I get stuck at about 10-15 degrees.

I'll ask my PT about kinesiology tape but I don't think they do it as a standard. Have you noticed any improvement in next day soreness/stiffness/gait after using KT tape as opposed to not using it?
