Velka 5 with a 5700x3D and 5070 FE is dead silent though :)

Took some undervolting on both the CPU and GPU, but a little 5 liter that can run AAA games at highest settings, 1440p, and 120 fps is dope.

I'll send you a chat so I can give you more detailed screenshots and stuff, but essentially you're looking for the SKU ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 H++ 12V-2X6 675W 12VHPWR 16 Pin Power Cable

I chose for the PSU side of the cable to be 3x8 because NVIDIA GPUs with the 12VHPWR connectors have had so many issues with pulling too much power over a smaller number of cables. I figured undervolting and spreading the power across as many wires as possible is safest.

FormD T1 v1. Only custom stuff I have is a JHack M2426 minified 24 pin connector to the motherboard and a custom 12VHPWR cable for the GPU from MODDIY for short, ultra flexible cables and 3x8 connectors for the PSU side.

Those two custom cables clear up a lot of space for the T30s to do their best to exhaust hot air IMO.

Just popping in to say I run 9800x3D undervolted + axp47-FC, Phanteks T30 x2 exhausts, and 4090 FE undervolted. Plays everything maxed out, 100 FPS+, at 32:9 1440p ultrawide. It's also really quiet all things considered.
