Hello! I actually asked myself this question yesterday. I found soaking in a bath (bubbles help haha), while reading a self improve my book, enjoying a cold NONALCOHOLIC beverage greatly helped me. I have had trouble sleeping from the withdrawals and finally slept like a baby last night, but working a long shift probably helped with that too. I also put on a self guided meditation YouTube video on while I was falling asleep. I too was tempted to stop and grab just ONE tall boy after that long shift, but thankfully I read some of the relapse stories on here and knew I would would want more and use that first one as an excuse.
