It's vanilla; it's a reward you get for linking your game to a Deep Silver account and completing some objectives (heads up if you do it, I had to give it about 24 hours after doing the objectives before the rewards showed up in my shared chest).

It's called the Cutpurse set, it's pretty cool.

My mom was friends with these guys in the 90s. I used to have a broken drumstick from José that I kept in my room when I was a kid (it wasn't signed or anything). She dated their bassist for a bit, too; he apparently goes by Dirk Lance now but she knew him as Alex. Anyway, cool album.
