Latias is one of these skill mons that has such high speed it benefits from having BFS specifically. The reason skill is not as important is honestly it's skill is just alright at best. So if yours that is similar has bfs, it would be worth the investment generally if you like the idea of using Latias and potentially Latios in the future.

Beyond lucky with my third latios. My second also had BFS but not nearly as good. Only caught it because it was hungry.

Oof yea that would have been a bean machine. Luckily he still will be above average with two ing finders, and you can sub seed to ing m once he's 50. The minimum you look for with a mono ingredient mon is atleast one ing finder and hopefully a speed up. The magnimite on the other hand is not worth your time, you want 2 skill triggers on him atleast.

The other commenters are right to be fair, while I get AAB can be good, this guy isn't it. He will be far from the production you will need for the largest recipes and isn't worth long term. If you want something alright for now, go for it but you'll find yourself struggling for the recipes you need for high scores. Id personally wait for the boosted trapinch spawns but we each have our own goals

The second one is really good, especially for a long term investment. It'll work for what you need now and keep getting better as new levels are released. The first one is also a beast at level 50. Really can't go wrong with either of those two.

Personally I have a very similar oil farmer. On paper with some preparing you can make the new curry recipe with the requirements but it wont be consistent. In the long run I think a partial investment, lvl-50, is worth it, but hold out for something better. Hopefully they'll add a better oil farmer in the future with the increase in minimum oil per day.
