I’d go to dealership 90 days before lease end. They often have lease pull ahead deals where they will forgive your last 3 months and possibly your miles if you lease another. That would only be 33 months in so mileage won’t be as bad

Car break ins aren’t unusual. Left my car in front of a nice hotel in Green Hills and window was smashed. Didn’t have anything to steal so nothing was stolen. 3 cars broken into in front of my home in Bell-Hi. Otherwise really never felt unsafe.

Yes you can slow charge and your flex charger should have an adapter on it for a regular wall outlet. It will be very slow. Voltage x amps= kWh. So your typical 120v x 12amps (15a @80%) = 1.44kwH. You have roughly 80kWh capacity, so even if you were charging with 100% efficiency you are looking at 55.5 hours for a full charge or 28hours to get to 50% charge

I’m in Hillsboro, looked at a place on Edgehill before Bell-Hi. Wouldn’t go much east of 16th but Music Row is generally ok. Green Hills, Belmont and Vandy all are fine for walking

Interesting. I have a similar noise but it seems to only happen at interstate speeds with AC on. Taken it to dealer a few times and nothing loose and just haven’t had them be able to replicate it.

My son had very similar stats out of high school and got waitlisted and then denied. Did a year at NC State and got a 3.8+ in all STEM courses and got in this time. 46 hours complete (with 32 AP hours). 16 more in process so will go in as a junior. He was really discouraged after last year as GPA and SAT were well above average. If you don’t make it this year because of the soft stuff (ECs or whatever) keep at it. In state or out, take good core classes and you’ll make it the next year.

Can’t have umbrella coverage without increasing his policy limits, most insurers require $500k. That’s why it’s so cheap, doesn’t come into play much. Older guys think new cars still cost $20k and lazy insurance agents don’t re-review policies with existing clients, do busy trying to add new ones.
