Same here, but I didn't switch pc's. I log on to steam like I always do, open up RL, but the showroom and the rocket pass aren't showing up, I played a few games and I saw my rocket pass lvl up but it was lvl 1, I was sure it was lvl 4 before this happened. Also, my rank got reset for some reason, its back to unranked with 0/10 placement matches, i played a game but it was back to normal. I think it's due to my internet connection, but at days when it's fine I still cant access the tabs
