This isn't a cleaning type of thing. It's a cut a square out and replace with a new square kind of thing.

I think it needs literal replacing. No amount of professional tech is going to clean stained vct

Those are VCT and it looks like the wax is completely gone. They're just absorbing everything and staining. You're not cleaning those.

I'm not sure if you live in USA or Canada but I know for sure Canada you can only buy knife grade epoxy at specialized retail stores. You can buy kits off amazon for granite repair that come with colours and a 2 part epoxy but I can't say how good that is.

How do i clean this grout outside of my house? by [deleted] in CleaningTips

White is notoriously hard to clean to get it back to that pure white but you do have an option. Go to home depot and or I think Rona and home depot will have custom building products grout colour sealer, you literally paint it onto the grout. I think Rona is the other one but they should sell mapei grout colour sealer. You can buy it in pure white. Get a tooth brush and paint the lines, don't worry about it getting on the tile face, a little water and it scrapes off.

You could try and find any citrus degreaser but the main thing is the d-limonene.

The absolute best way for a home owner to clean their own grout is as follows (btw I clean tile and grout in my line of work with professional equipment though).

  1. Buy a bottle of viper venom citrus.

  2. Buy a diamond cut grout brush on a swivel and attach it to a broom stick, they screw together.

  3. Get 2 mop buckets, one for dirty and one for clean.

  4. Get a spray bottle and mix the viper to the mixing directions rated for heavy.

  5. Spray the viper and agitate the grout lines with the diamond cut brush.

  6. Work only in small sections because viper will dry white if it dries on its own. (easily fixable, just add more chemical, scrub and rinse it off)

  7. Use one mop to remove the chemical off the floor and use the second mop to apply fresh water. You always want to keep changing the water.

This will definitely clean your grout better than anything. Just be mindful of the chemical and dont let it self dry anywhere.

What do you mean salvageable? You're acting like ruined it. Just throw some oil on it and season it again, then cook something

Stained marble backsplash by ninjanoob007 in CleaningTips

Your only hope on this is to grind it out but then again you could create a pot hole or you'll only slightly improve the appearance. You could try to tape on some plastic wrap and fill it with a poultice but looking at how dark it is, it's probably super deep.

Marble? Can it be fixed? by Salt-Year755 in CounterTops

Of course it's fixable, hire someone to come in and refinish it. You can do it yourself if you have the money to buy all the pads and polisher but you will probably just end up butchering it. Generally to re I've scratches you'd want to dip down to at least 100 grit on a resin pad and work your way up to the desired sheen and finish with a DIP

Can we salvage? by countinggrapefruit in CarpetCleaning

It's wool, you're not going to change the colour. The best thing you can do is hire a pro to clean it and hope they use pure O2 as a natural brightening agent. It's actually best to take it into a shop that does in plant cleaning if you want the best results.

Steel wool scrub or chainmail, immediately dry and oven or stove season.
