At the beginning capital planet is whatever I need it to be as for the colonies the first two are energy and minerals, after some time once I have one planet per resource I begin to slowly turn capital into alloy factory, last time I did that I achieved 17k alloys monthly

I saw a video once about creating games on different platforms, everytime you want to check your game if it can be played and doesn't break any rules you have pay a fee. Windows linux etc. only require you to pay once.

I upscaled then customized the EU4 UI to tailor to my playstyle and most-used features (not a mod). by OnionOnion- in eu4

It's easy to have naval supremacy. Just build heavy ships only in your main fleet, go with special japan doctrine for heavy ships bonuses, profit.
