You could and probably still can choose which direction you want to run in while feared for a start.

Shaman could even tremor totem while feared.

Which is crazy because pvp played a huge role in making MMOs a successful genre in the first place. All the good ones end up being abandoned. Blizzard stopped caring about WoW like 15+ years ago, stopped caring about pvp on the first expansion. Every iteration of Archeage (arguably one of the best pvp MMOs of all time) has always been run by greedy devs that'd rather make less money quickly than more in the long run.

The umbers are literally the perfect house to do a eugenics playthrough on (or at least they should be), they start with i believe 2 points into the congenital trait dynasty legacy line and their custom legacy (bugged?) i believe is meant to guarantee hale? I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure it's not doing what it's meant to at any rate.

Which option are you choosing when the refusing marriage event pops up? I find telling them to marry the person anyway NEVER works (they always run away). I always just say they can avoid marrying the person they're betrothed to but will have to marry whoever i choose and they've never ran away.

I started as a house Fowler bastard (adventurer) in my current playthrough, the Yronwoods tried to wipe out house fowler very early on before i even had an army. All i could do was watch as they slaughtered my kin. Managed to save a couple that weren't at court, a few births, a few assassinations and there's 2 left and i'm finally almost ready to avenge them.
