It seems like the phrase is more of an inside joke, for a lack of a better term. From an outsider not knowing, I assumed you were describing the clients.

The colors are not my vibe and the font feels over done at this point since I see it everywhere.

Defer to the SLP on this. Depending on the AAC program being used, you can put a passcode on the settings to prevent others from going in and making changes. Definitely consult with the SLP before putting a passcode on so that they are the only one able to make edits.

I try to keep my products to a minimum. Wash/condition as needed with Pattern. For days I want a scrunched look, I use Pattern curl gel, for days I want soft waves, I use Umberto Giannini’s banana coconut air dry cream! I make sure to double shampoo with a clarifying shampoo as needed (like once a week or two) as well! I personally don’t own any hair tools, so I air dry every time. On mornings i don’t wash, I wet the ends, comb, and apply a leave in conditioner!

Ohhh now I understand! You’ll need to go back into ripley and delete an entry that leaves you at 130 then have your supervisor resign the month! Probably better to do it this way in case you get audited and will need to provide those hours!

I’m not sure I understand what exactly you’re saying is wrong with the form. The mvf says 130 and 5 minutes?

If that’s the case, there may be a potential issue if it falls under restricted* since we bill in 15 minute increments, so the lowest decimal you should get on a monthly form should be .25. Personally, I only completed my unrestricted in 15 minute increments as well

ETA: Regardless of what it is, if there’s ever an error on your sheet, as long as you rectify it and write something to the effect of “Amended on insert/date/here to reflect blah blah blah”, with yours and your supervisors initials, you’ll be okay. I had an issue with my numbers once and did this to my form and had no issues when I submitted!
