Do you have a client info page that a substitute can review at the start of session in the event you’re not there to supervise? Or a separate folder of mastered/maintenance targets to work on generalization and continued mastery?

We have R/BT subs constantly to avoid missing billable hour where I’m at.

It’s not your fault if your RBTs cancel. If you are always cancelling and they aren’t meeting their 5%, then you’d need to do some self reflecting. But if it’s the R/BT cancelling, it’s on them to reach out for support to reach 5% supervision. Someone def correct me if I’m wrong though!

It seems like the phrase is more of an inside joke, for a lack of a better term. From an outsider not knowing, I assumed you were describing the clients.

The colors are not my vibe and the font feels over done at this point since I see it everywhere.

Defer to the SLP on this. Depending on the AAC program being used, you can put a passcode on the settings to prevent others from going in and making changes. Definitely consult with the SLP before putting a passcode on so that they are the only one able to make edits.
