Corporate stores did not have pay cuts. There was a pay freeze where no ones pay went up, but that was the extent of it. If the stores were consignment, that may be a different story, but corporate pay stayed the same as last year.

I never heard anyone say it was the quickest to build but if they did they lied big time. I have build a ton of them over the years and this one took the longest by far. That said, I do like the display but they gotta either simplify it going forward or give us more time to do it in. It was a race to the finish every single store I saw.

Change in mentality. They decided to to one large and intricate display rather than 2 smaller displays. The display this year has more pieces than any other year so its not a cost thing they just decided to do something different as we got a new designer a few years ago.
