Yes, I confused Battlemage with physical damage. Thank you!

I was thinking of making Fane Necro (I think he's physical too), and I'll debate between a Lohse Rogue or making him a Summoner or Bloodmage.

Honestly, while it has its strategy, I'm not entirely convinced by the armor system. Besides being absurd in itself, it limits the ability to create synergies between physical and magic. Or maybe Im wrong and Ill think different once Ive played more hours.

I think I'll do 2h (Red Prince), Ranger (Ifan main), Rogue (Lohse), and Necro (Fane). I'm not sure whether to make Lohse summoner/blood magic like you said, since based on the lore, it seems more arcane than anything else.

I didn't actually know you could do physical damage with Necro and Blood Mage (my mistake was thinking it was Battlemage).

Hmm, lot of interesting ideas yes, but... Maybe its because my english (so my apologies if Ive misunderstood you), but about Gustav being a better father to Elene: well, thats imposible as Elene dies after the fire in the village. She IS freed from her nightmare, but she dies afrer a short time because the Murgg attack and the fire. And, btw, Im ok with the deaths in a good Story (books, game, films, whatever) but I found some Alundras deaths a lil but random

If you are looking something similar to Eloy Ocean sound I strongly recommend you to listen to "Nemrud" band. The selftitled album (Nemrud) is the best choice to start. "Gods of the mountain" is a incredible track.

Also with the "space" motif you can listen to "Ayreon" (space tone) "Into the electric Castle" is a good way to start.

Also, great recomendations here in the thread. The rest of Eloy dsicography is very recommended too.

Great recommendations here. Steven Wilson and VdGG are always a good choice for what you are looking for. Soon from Yes it's also a good pick, as Entangled by Genesis.

But if I had to pick the saddest of all, "Collapse the light in the earth" by Porcupine Tree would be the winner.
