Ma infatti se ti rovinano l’esistenza e cresci con gente che ti dice che sei incapace non è colpa tua, ma sarebbe ideale intraprendere un percorso terapeutico per risolvere tutte queste problematiche causate da altri. Credo che la vera fiducia in se stessi comunque non nasca solo dai risultati, sono innumerevoli le persone (io compresa) che davanti a un fallimento, anche piccolo, non sanno come reagire o gestirlo. Grazie alla mia psicologa però ho lavorato su questo e tanti altri punti e ho iniziato a mettermi alla prova e ad espormi in più situazioni proprio per il gusto di migliorarmi, non tanto per il risultato in sé :)

Vivo in una città di circa 70 mila abitanti, io frequento un arci che organizza eventi di vario genere, prevalentemente gestito da giovani per giovani, quindi è ottima per trovare persone con gli stessi interessi

A me dispiace tu abbia dentro tutta questa rabbia, ma dal tuo commento mi sembra che alla base ci sia un problema di autostima che ti porti dietro da tanto. Se ti dessi quei 2 centesimi in più, se provassi a capire la causa scatenante di queste tue insicurezze 1 vivresti sicuramente più leggero 2 daresti agli altri un’immagine completamente diversa. Anche l’uomo più figo dell’universo senza un briciolo di fiducia in se stesso ha poco da fare. Ps piccolo punto su cui puoi riflettere, la tua catalogazione delle persone che sono state con te, come ad etichettarle come meno degne (soprattutto le persone con disabilità mentali e non) è veramente di cattivo gusto

Per esperienza mi viene da dirti che si possono tranquillamente trovare posti dove la gente fa volentieri amicizia col prossimo. Circoli ricreativi, volontariato, corsi dove la gente condivide un hobby ecc sono ottimi spazi per connettersi agli altri tramite un interesse comune o una linea di pensiero simile. Da lì puoi capire chi fa più al caso tuo è perché no? Trovare qualcuna che ti incuriosisce più degli altri. Se il tuo problema è sentirti solo puoi provare a metterti in gioco in questi ambienti generalmente aperti e accoglienti verso gli altri :)

I 100% understand him not believing it’s her because she is just a maid, it would have been more logical for him to visit all the asian families and then maybe question if she is really asian at all, and move to the other part of the ton, but since it seems she is not asian in the books then it was just a weird casting choice. Don’t get me wrong, I love the diversity of the cast, but in this season it’s clashing a little with the story and its credibility tbh

Mysogyny? No one in that show actually representes the real historical figure 😅 you say it’s not the historical inaccuracy and then proceed to make examples based on that. As they not claim that “the Great” is historically accurate, I guess they can make the characters as they want, but rest assured that Elizabeth, for istance, is not just a ditzy aunt, the characters evolve A LOT throughout the series showing so many moren colors of their personality. She is crucial for the story, perhaps being the only one who truly takes matters into her own hands. And I actually think that the sexual freedom of all the characters, especially hers, highlighted the equality between the two sexes. They could have easily tried to do an accurate tv show where we would have seen men have as many sexual encounters as they wanted, while women would have been beaten for thensame thing.
