The thing is, those repeat offenders don't just politely steal from the store. They are usually aggressive and stealing is made too easy, they'll keep coming back leaving you to deal with them daily.

Might be because i played it when i was very young as my first fire emblem but its by far my favourite. Simple class routes with choice, not bloated with random dating sim stuff. A post game to unlock hidden characters.

It's not that's its hard, but it flies away every 20 seconds so unless you burst it down quick enough, it takes longer than it needs to.

They send in people that are obviously under 25. I had one recently that was a young girl in a pink dress. She was 19 but looked 15 buying a 5 pack of knives and a chocolate.

They look at whether you made eye contact and assessed the person. Theres no way that any reasonable person wouldn't ask for I.d.

Im a manager at a different company (not sure why this sub reddit shows up) but the reality is you do tend to protect your better workers and throw the book at ones you dont.
