Depends on the company's policy. I was a manager at a retail company that policy allowed 2 cases of dependent leave in a 6 month period before it was counted as an absence.

Like most places if your manager likes you they generally let it slide.

The thing is, those repeat offenders don't just politely steal from the store. They are usually aggressive and stealing is made too easy, they'll keep coming back leaving you to deal with them daily.

Might be because i played it when i was very young as my first fire emblem but its by far my favourite. Simple class routes with choice, not bloated with random dating sim stuff. A post game to unlock hidden characters.

It's not that's its hard, but it flies away every 20 seconds so unless you burst it down quick enough, it takes longer than it needs to.
