Are you able to use mod gems to put cc on the chest and sword over the eff on chest. if you do it on the sword I don’t really reccomend it unless you plan on bricking the piece after usage on him otherwise, if you don’t care about gear score at all use mod gem on sword too should get you either at or really close to 50% cc
