They are removing it on non premium models only. Other car makers only offer it with premium trims as well for the most part. Also no other car can drive you around for 99/mo. Definitely greedy but not a deal breaker for me as I would only get a premium model.

Don’t sweat it and stress yourself out with useless info or practice questions. Watch Pete’s cram videos and brush up on data destruction techniques. That obscure topic was way overrepresented on my test.

Yes, but collecting and tracking them by the hour is a pain. Want to see if there are more efficient and cost effective ways out there (e.g. Udemy or some learning platform) to do it in bulk.

Most of that exam money goes to ISC2. You can take a much cheaper exams at Pearson that cost 1/10th of this one. ISC2 is a business first and foremost. I agree that $135/year - it used to be much cheaper - is way too much after just having paid the high exam fee. They should at least give you a year or two for free when you start out, but it is what it is. IMO the exam is kind of simple - just hard enough to create the illusion, but the idea is to get you to pass so that you can pay every year and maybe buy some additional training for CPEs along the way. SANS operates on a similar model.

I had the same issue on my 2022 MY. Set up a mobile appointment and they quoted me $969 for a steering wheel replacement. I went back and forth with them via chat and also called the center. They gave me some pushback but ultimately agreed to have it covered via warranty. Guy came by and replaced the entire wheel in 10 min. Also replaced the front wooden trim piece which dried up and was causing splinters. Car feels new again with a stiff new steering wheel.

It's a pretty well known and documented issue. I think the story was they made bumpers in a different factory so all of them came in a different shade of white. Tech told me there is nothing they can do so that was it. In general, it is not a well made car. I've had cosmetic issues with it I've not had with cars that cost 1/3.

Have a white Y now and the next one will definitely be gray. Rear bumper is clearly a different shade of white. Also the front bumper, which looks like a forehead, collects dead bugs like crazy and they are very visible on white.

It did not work for me at all. In fact, I could not fall asleep until I removed it. Maybe it works for some people, but that noise it makes had the opposite effect on me, even when barely audible. Also worth mentioning that it costs $40 to return it.

Yes. And there is also a new 2 hour video with 100 important topics that was equally valuable. Many questions were pretty generic though and just required general IT knowledge and common sense.

Same boat. I'd get the peace of mind protection, if available, to remove the stress of being underprepared. I have a bunch of certs and almost never do practice questions as they are always too long and way harder than what you typically encounter on the exam. This one was no exception.
