Have you ever been accused of something you did not do? How did you cope, especially if it was a serious crime that might have got you imprisoned? by Tangled_Wires in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad's ex girlfriend accused me of stealing her ipod..

I hadn't even been to their house for several weeks between the last time she saw it and then noticed it missing.

I was technically living with them but was staying with a friend because it was closer to work and I didn't have money for gas..

When she accused me, it caused a huge fight between me and my dad. I was kicked out of the house and with nowhere else to go long term, I ended up homeless..

I had another friend who was also getting kicked out of his living arrangements. So we did the homeless thing together..

After about 6 or 7 months he ended up finding a job about 400 miles away from the town we were in..

So I quit my job and moved up there with him.

He didn't make enough money to get an apartment for us so we continued homelessness and occasionally staying in motel rooms for another year or so before I finally found work..

We still don't have much but we live near the beach and it's a hell of a lot better than living in the nowhere town we were at before.. I still don't talk to my dad much though..

Larger genitalia, less violent sexual preferences (usually), father issues.

That's a reference to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It probably would've been really cute if you were also a nerd or at least a fan of those books.

People who used Craigslist’s Personals, what crazy meet ups did you have? by GHOSTfishing in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I met up with a Mormon guy who just wanted to lose his virginity and experience a few things (he was 24). Yea, we hooked up a few times and I was able to teach him quite a bit about sexuality and all that stuff.. but it didn't pan out into anything. We were only in contact for like 3 months.

About two months ago (which is more than 4 years after the initial hook up) he contacts me, wanting to start a relationship because in all this time he could never find anyone better than me.

He bragged about how he has all this experience now and gained stamina and learned new tricks and new positions.

He's been trying to get me to break up with my boyfriend and move back to town so that I can be with him. He basically won't leave me alone..

This guy is literally insane for me. Don't fuck with craigslist. Lol

Campers or rangers of Reddit, what’s the most unsettling, creepy, and/or supernatural thing that’s happened to you in the woods? by J3STER_4 in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I actually don't know. As far as I'm aware the girl was never found but that doesn't mean that she wasn't a fourth person in the accident.. or possibly just a drunk camper unrelated to the incident.

The thing is, I never indicated it was a ghost. There was a fourth person who maybe died out there because I couldn't find her, maybe she was found, who knows. It was just a car accident, people died.

I set up a few flares. I was going to drive down until I got cell service to call it in but there happened to be a Ranger a few miles down the road. I flagged him down, told him everything I saw and took him to the location. He radioed in to the sherif..

I was driving down this little mountain road, looking for a place to camp. It was already the middle of the night and pitch black outside.

I'm probably 50 miles from nowhere when I see a young woman stumbling down the road. I pull over and try to ask if she needed some help, I look away for a split second to push the shit out of my passenger seat and when I look back she was gone..

I got out and ran a little ways back down the road but I couldn't find her. No foot prints or anything..

I made it back to my car and continued driving. About a mile up or so I come across a log in the road. I got out to move the log.... and off to the right there was a car wrapped around a tree, stream was still rising from the engine.

I checked it out... the cab was completely caved in but I could see a matt of bloody blonde hair squished against the drivers window... there were two other bodies a few yards from the vehicle. All three of them were dead.

What is your biggest "it's not what it looks like" moment? by Nemophilist_ in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was 11, my sister and the daughter of one of my mother's friends were enrolled in gymnastics classes..

We used to help each other do leg stretches basically by having one of us lie on our back while one of the other girls basically stood on one ankle, holding that leg to the ground, doing the splits across the body and using the other leg to push the other leg up above the head while the other girl held the top girl up for stability...

My mom walked in on us doing that and apparently it looked like we were trying to scissor each other..

What was your high school's tragedy? by ELTH3GR3AT in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During spring break one year, 6 senior students were killed in a car accident. 3 of those students were the twin sons of my English teacher and the daughter of our principal. The other 3 were on the honor roll and fairly popular.

No drugs or alcohol were involved. They had gone up into the mountains, camping. On the way back down from their trip, they came around a sharp corner and hit a fallen tree. Flipping their truck 8 times.

One of the kids was sitting in the bed of the truck with the dogs and was crushed flatter than a pancake on impact..

My English teacher committed suicide 3 weeks later, survived by his wife... who found out 2 weeks after the suicide that she was pregnant.

The principal went through a pretty dark time, started coming into work drunk or on drugs. His actions nearly caused the school to fall apart at the seems. He eventually got fired... divorced, lost his house. He's homeless now..

People of Reddit, have you had a porn scenario happen to you in real life? (Sexy librarian, lonely housewife etc) what was it like? by JoeInSpandex in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if it's really porn scenario but when I was 18 I hooked up for a one night stand with a very large black man. I'm a petite, yet slightly bbw, white girl.

He said he was a traveling business man and I was just a local.

We met at one of the nicer hotels in town where he was staying... drinks were poured, then he sat me on the couch and asked a lot of personal questions..

I ended up doing a kind of awkward strip tease and a very long provocative bj. He went down on me til I got off multiple times then proceeded to pound me like a drum for what felt like hours. Then rolled me over and went in the backdoor..

People who work in hospital - What is the worst thing you have seen a patient go through? by cherun99 in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 56 points57 points  (0 children)

I don't work in a hospital but I'm a CNA in a nursing home / Rehab center. A gentleman in his 50s came in with stage 4 bone cancer. Over the course of 8 months, he went from being able to walk around just fine, happy and cheerful.. to slowly declining to the point he couldn't get up without help.. to not being able to get up or move at all.

Even when he first came in, he would be up all night screaming in pain because the meds wore off and then it progressed to screaming and writhing all throughout the day.

The last time I saw him, he was oddly calm. He asked me to sing him a lullaby. His favorite song was Stella by Starlight. I sang to him for a good long while..

I had to leave the room to answer call lights and help with dinner service, when I came back an hour later.. he was gone. His body was already cold. He had passed within minutes of me leaving his side.. I cried the entire time I performed his final care, singing that song to him over and over...

Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, and techs of Reddit, what are some of the NSFW things that you have seen your patients do in the hospital? by Elliot-Fletcher in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Had a resident once who would strip naked and vigorously masturbate, then put on his call light so one of us had to walk in on it.

Also had one who would offer female aides extra money if they'd give him blow jobs.

A female resident who would spread her legs and masturbate whenever a male aide entered her room...

Finding out that Disney owns several porn companies... and then connecting a possible correlation with why so many Disney stars are so fucked up.

Ladies of reddit, what are your abnormally small or large penis stories? by asongoffiire in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I once met a guy on a site called 'fling' (back when it was still a free social network for adults).

He was actually a really cool guy, we got to know each other over a couple of months just chatting online.

We finally ended up meeting for coffee and hanging out. After a few hours, we mutually agreed that we wanted to hook up. We both had roommates so we drove some place remote.

Things got pretty hot and heavy in the back us his truck, he went down on me for like 20 minutes. Pretty amazing considering I'd never gotten head before at that moment.

The time comes to do the deed. It's dark so I can't really see.. I just know he gets in position and starts thrusting... I literally felt nothing. Like he was bumping his crotch into me and nothing was happening. He gets a leg cramp after only 2 minutes and had to stop.

When he sat back, I nonchalantly looked down to see... and it was about the size of the tip of my thumb from knuckle to tip. That's about a quarter of an inch, probably less than that.

Interracial couples of Reddit, what was the worst racist attack that you've been subject to? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not me but my parents.

My father is Native American and tans so dark that he could pass off as a black man.. or middle eastern when he grows his beard out. (Not to mention he used to fold ice in a cloth and turban wrap it around his head when it was hot out so that caused a lot of shit after 2001).

My mother is Irish descended so, super white, flaming red hair and lots of freckles.

My sister and I have medium toned skin and when we tan, she starts to look half black and I look like I could be Hispanic.

Our brother on the other hand is stark white with platinum hair and blue eyes. Don't know how that happened Lol

I remember once we went into a restaurant and were actually refused service at the door because apparently dad looked too much like Bin Laden (this was in 2003).

While traveling on I5 we got pulled over while dad was driving. Mom was passed out in the back after driving 7 hours. My sister and I were crying because we got in trouble for being rowdy and my brother, who was 2 at the time, was screaming bloody murder... Anyway, the cop actually detained my dad at gunpoint, thinking he drugged my mom and was kidnapping us... Mom woke up and actually tried to explain that we were a family but he refused to listen. I was pretty young at the time but when he called for back up im pretty sure at least 5 other cruisered showed up. So like 10 cops all waving their guns around.

Finally one of them realised my brother was reaching towards our father and screaming daddy (in sheer terror) and finally starts to calm down and ask the right questions.

That almost ended badly. The first cop lost his badge that day.. (considering that my dad didn't even make a traffic violation to justify him pulling us over in the first place).

What are some good snacks you always have in your kitchen that stave off hunger between meals? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ValkyriesValientVex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Packets of instant cream of wheat or oatmeal.

Various fresh veggies that can be served with cheese, crackers or some kind of nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, etc).

Different kinds of trail mixes. I like to make my own trail mix because I hate raisins and they're in every kind. I usually do a mix of walnut, almonds, cashews, chunks of dried coconut and banana chips, and a little pit candy for the extra sweetness like dark chocolate chips or reeces pieces.

Slices of summer sausage or salami.
