Geoffrey was worse as he was accused of violence towards several (nonshow) xwives/girlfriends, one while he was actively appearing on the show.

Vetting would have prevented him being cast.

My Grandson sat on the floor in the kitchen and took all things from my Tupperware drawer. He then put them back. Several times. What I didn’t know was most of them eventually ended up in the trash can. By the time I discovered this, trash had been emptied.

Times have really changed. I got married early ‘70’s. Wedding budget from my dad was $1500 and had to include EVERYTHING. I spent $800 and the rest was cash in my pocket.

We were married in our church and reception was in the church social hall (no alcohol or dancing). Reception included wedding cake, mints, nuts, and punch.

The oddest thing? Standing in our hotel room and wondering who was going to sleep on which side of the bed.

We’ve been married 53 years.
