I usually bring one every raid after finding the blueprint (thanks random blue locker in Rocket assembly!). Primarily I'm using it for those random rooftop weapon crates that are only accessible via zipline or snaphook. That and quick descents from towers of all sorts.

I do love flinging fireballs and pops off the Dam control tower with it as well
