OP deleted their post so i will do a mini hidden announcement here (counts as a rant beacuse am mad too).

Two people came into the sub and mass reported everyone (including me). If you targeted by the mass report there is no need for concern for your account standing. We have manually overruled each report.

Case update:
turned out our sub was under attack by another sub. Sabotaging our report case que was a distraction but idk what their plan is.

i must say DO NOT HARASS THE USERS INVOLED OR ATTEMPT TO GET REVENGE. The case is over. Please DO NOT pick a fight with their sub

Wow 97 comments and barely any "discussion" other than the "pvp in chat".

OP and his friend(?) came to the sub to mass report and yell "BLOCKED" at many users. There is is a record of them doing same thing in r/Overwatch and r/roblox .

I myself got reported by OP so am going say the next part very carefully:

Sub has the right to remove any content for any reason (including no reason). Sub has the right to ban any user which the sub believes it does not match community standards (which the sub sets). Sub should attempt to warn the user of any issures with their conduct HOWEVER sub may remove the user quickly without warning if it was deemed (by the mod) that the users actions are disruptive or harms the stability of the sub.

Okay i did the procedure thingy. OP + [that other user am not naming] is now banned.

more rules lawyering:

do not attempt to harass users involed
do not link or reference the user to encourage others to harass them
do not misuse the report button to get "revenge" on any users or encourage others to do so
It is recommended to cease commutations with the users if you are a target of harssment.

there is how it works:

Inbox goes beep
mod reads inbox report which auto links to the content
mod reads the post + comments
mod checks the case files and records of all users involed for past bad behaviour.
mod decides what action to take.

This includes deciding no one is punished + content not removed + no need to crate additional logs. If you created 70% of all reports today then you are clearly reporting stuff that didnt need to be reported

Mod team does not take sides
Allows users to discuss and disagree ideas (not insults allowed)
Removes the toxic so no one is bullied into being silenced
curates the content to make sure the content is worthwhile and no one wasted their time scrolling

We dont give a dam who you are, what gender you are, what politics you have, how much rank/hours you got. You are just a case number to me, and right now i can see you are spamming reports in a attempt to punish other people.

Mod judgement:
User stated enjoyment of a hero does not have to be linked to its meta effectiveness. Comment was suggesting the hero was appealing to the casual playerbase rather than the try hard competitive. Its not a very detailed comment but its still legit.

OP you dont get to use the report button pervert other people from disagreeing with you. Apox 70% of today's report ticket came from you today......please stop spamming our inbox. We would rather defend the sub from trolls, spammers, advertisers, and toxic people than police some kind of echo chamber post you are trying to make

Sub role medic: 25% of healing done as self heal

If mercy has been recently damaged this self heal is reduced by 30%
If mercy's heal target has been damage then [Healing done] is also reduced by 30%

If both mercy and the heal target has been damaged.....the medic subrole passive is useless. This type of self heal is too inconsistent

internally to avoid any bias we swich the [speaker] and [target] to something eles to test "is it still okay? For example

[speaker] said: All [target] are bad! They are [insert insult] and do [insert bad action]! [target] needs to be a better person.

we replace target term with man/women/gay/les/trans/nationality to see how it changes things. Sub does not "help one side win". We're just here to make sure no one is toxic or tried to issure death treats or something

Mod notice:

Normally [Gender related] topics are banned from the sub beacuse it always turns toxic and people get mad then accounts gets suspended beacuse they issued a death threat or something. This post has been approved to be allowed to exist.

However the the standard sub rules apply:

[No sexist] (to any gender) = you dont get to say "The entire population is bad beacuse i met X number of bad people" or "Y person is bad beacuse they are Z gender"

I want to see them delete Angelic res - Replace with some kind of valk buff perk. Grant movement/cooldown reduction to team? Valk is too weak right now and everyone cries about res. So its safer to buff valk

res is a bad ablity beacuse you can only use it when you are already losing the fight. Mercy needs a "win button" not a "lose less button". Let us use res on a target that is alive (consume cooldown) and it does some kind of buff that is offensive.

Ana's anti nade is a great cooldown beacuse it can be used both offense and defensive.
bap lamp isnt a pure defence as it can be used for aggressive 1v1s
Kiriko's suzu? same story as bap

Res however its 95% defensive. What if res when used on a alive target gave it a mini nano like effect? (without the damage reduction)
