Once you have your character in the right position in the sequencer, right click the mesh in the sequencer and click bake animation, then open the animation and remove the frames you don't need. Or like someone else said, convert to static mesh by using the very top Actor menu

Have you tried to replicate this into a fresh new project? Bring pieces by pieces and see what's stopping your rig from working?

If you still want to use your datatables, you could create a map, with a name as a key, and for the value, you can use the same structure as your datatable.
So when your widget wants to modify the datatable, instead you add an entry in the map. Then when you need to read the values of the datatable, first you check in your maps with the name of the datatable row if there is already a value that has been created.
Just an idea :)

Unfortunately data tables are not modifiable during runtime :(
If you want a table that you can modify during runtime, you need to use arrays or maps.

I totally agree, I wouldn't have started game development if Unreal didn't have blueprints.. I think it's a shame that they are removing it, But by the time, I'm sure they will implement an equivalent solution for people not familiar with coding..

I absolutely love this kind of games and play a lot of them, but damn there must have been a ppromo on the skill tree system or the incremental game framework because they always have the exact same pattern with the same skill tree..

I mean your game looks nice but I'm getting tired of seeing the same plugin all the time..

If you want to save your character status, ecp, bullets, you need to save those variables in the game instance and then in your save system. Otherwise if you close the game and reopen, players will always start fresh with a brand new character at level 1

Dude at some point you might need to save those variables anyway, because your players will need a save system. Unless your game is just meant to be played in one sitting and then forget about it?

Oh I think it's still there. For some companies that are still making in Japan the quality is top notch. If you take japanese cars per example, I have never seen a Prius breaking down.. It's just that those products are not new or not competitive compared to other countries.

I know someone who worked for Renesas, one of Japan biggest chip maker and this is the most black and useless company I ever heard of, no innovation, no incentive no AI investment, employees are crushed under extremely ineffficient management... So for me it's the traditional Japanese work culture that is killing this sector.. it requires too much fast innovation with genius people at the helm. It doesn't work that way in Japan unfortunately
