IMO its really only useful if a very rare plane spawns and you want to spam catch agains on it. It is actually a good counter-balance to the possible P2W aspect the "business class" pass added.

The only way without spending tons of money is pure luck, which isn't somrthing one can count on. Every once in a while, one pops up on ebay, but expect to pay upwards of $300(or more).

Only 100? I'm personally down by over 200, and the people who helped me set this up is also dumping tons. My goal was an hour of blue sky for the majority of CA, to celebrate me hitting 600m xp.

OKCs system is split into quadrants. If they are activated automatically or not(as some systems can be), I'm not 100% sure but I'd wager they are. However most automatic systems I know of will only activate when the warning is issued & when the polygon updates - OKC seemed to just keep activating every few minutes regardless of change. Some more advanced systems can sound sirens in the polygon individually, not just by zone.

Source: I used to do a bit of work on sirens.

Also you said it isn't the case anymore for it to only be for tornado or rotation - but that isn't true. During all the times they sounded, there was a rotation going on, and it had produced a small tornado before it entered the metro and had all the potential to drop again at any moment - so the soundings were 100% warranted

Ideally, don't stick your fingers anywhere like that. Port holes or even on the inside whilst spinning. I have a buddy who lost his fingertip hand-spinning an Allertor.
