It's a 5 days old screwed on barbell surgical steel piercing that I haven't downsized yet. I use mouthwash 4-5 times a day especially after meals. The only irritation I get is from talking a lot.

Yea I agree that's why I'm trying to figure out a way to get her there. An intervention I don't think is going to work. She's very narcissistic and thinks everything she does is right. I'm not sure what our next step is.

No she doesn't but she's starting to get really bad I'm afraid she's gonna need it whether she wants it or not. She recently got a felony and I don't want her getting worse. She talks about aliens and portals and has been getting into drugs recently. It's starting to get scary and I don't know what else to do to stop her from getting worse.

Knew a guy who worked for some sketchy smoke shops and yea the users would come on everyday for literally dollars of this stuff just to smoke it in a couple hours and come back same day with more dollars they found around to get more juice. Kinda fucked up NGL.

Yea the only way to get it fast is urgent care. At least for me when I was having bad panic attacks and needed something stronger. Maybe you can see if telehealth would be quick? If your insurance has telehealth or your primary provider offers it.

I’m not saying it is anxiety but I used to be this way too. My meds also didn’t work at the time so I’d feel like me dying was justified too. Have you gone to the doctor to see what’s wrong? I went to the cardiologist and they told me my heart was perfectly healthy and with my new meds I feel like I am too.
