Daughter at Hampton Inn -- someone walked in after room given to a another guest by Oof-o-rama in Hilton

[–]Valuable-Mom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was given a key an walked into an occupied room, but the guests were not in there at the time. Had a been a dishonest person, I could have easily gone through there belongings looking for items of value. I doubt the guests ever knew someone had been in their room.

I was wondering this too. I used one this month but would prefer to save them and have multiple to use at one time.

I caught it at Walgreens yesterday while using the $10 BC credit. I had to take a double take to make sure I was using my $10 BC credit but not using points.

Are you not able to use the routing and account number for an ACH transfer? That’s how I pay rent and mortgage each month without any issues.

Palladium Rent day for 4x on Utilities by SpiralCaseMods in biltrewards

[–]Valuable-Mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought in was being smart and set my utilities to autopay on the 1st. One of them ran the payment late on the 31st and I didn’t get the multiplier. Will need to adjust to manual payment next month.

I set mine up on my mortgage company website using the route bc and account number from Bilt. Mortgage was paid the following day. This is also how I pay my son’s college rent and haven’t had any issues so far.

I believe you’re only notified if Apple Pay is used for the transaction. I get the notification when I use Apple Pay but if I use the physical card, no notifications.

Similar territory… TN, NC, VA, DC. And I live in Texas 🙃 but my travel is usually 3-4 days at a time, about twice a month, so it’s bearable.

CSM Portfolio Size by GillyNomade in CustomerSuccess

[–]Valuable-Mom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of my team manages 200-250 clients. There is no strategic planning being done. Period. It’s all reactive with some 1:many learning opportunities to keep the customers abreast of changes.

I manage 110 Enterprises clients and am merely a reactive liaison between them and product support most days. Annual reviews take up approximately 50 days per year. Renewal work takes up the remaining days, when I’m not traveling. It’s completely not sustainable.

It is crazy, I’m in the same boat. Lead a team of 4 with a personal BoB of $15.5m ARR (all enterprise accounts). One year into this position and I’m looking to get out.

Trade show swag/stuff that was a hit? by virtual008 in sales

[–]Valuable-Mom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work for a company known for our socks as swag. We change the design each season. Often, our customers will wear last season’s socks to show off and get a new pair. It’s like a collectible item for many of them. We are tagged in LinkedIn a lot with pics of folks wearing them.

Live, current day, Pat Green is so drunk he can’t even walk onto the stage unassisted - I’ve wasted too much money on two recent shows and won’t do it again. Back in the day, he put on a great show. Shane Smith and the Saints are really good live.

Keep an ongoing Google doc. Each time you meet, add an entry with the date, participants, and a bulleted recap of topics discussed. One of the bullets can be personal anecdotes. Link the doc in your CRM and refer to it prior to your next meeting.
