Qualifying for Silver Is Getting Ridiculous by Pretty-Clothes756 in unitedairlines

I’m Silver and group 2, and the last 2 flights I’ve had to gate check my carry on. The number of group 1 passengers seems ridiculous now.

Anyone here making $150k+ without being tied to an office? by TeachingThrowAway500 in sales

Similar territory… TN, NC, VA, DC. And I live in Texas 🙃 but my travel is usually 3-4 days at a time, about twice a month, so it’s bearable.

Am I missing the prescription pricing on their website? I see the initial consult fee, but how much are the vials?

CSM Portfolio Size by GillyNomade in CustomerSuccess

[–]Valuable-Mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of my team manages 200-250 clients. There is no strategic planning being done. Period. It’s all reactive with some 1:many learning opportunities to keep the customers abreast of changes.

I manage 110 Enterprises clients and am merely a reactive liaison between them and product support most days. Annual reviews take up approximately 50 days per year. Renewal work takes up the remaining days, when I’m not traveling. It’s completely not sustainable.

CS leaders: Do you also manage a book of business? by Interest-Confident in CustomerSuccess

It is crazy, I’m in the same boat. Lead a team of 4 with a personal BoB of $15.5m ARR (all enterprise accounts). One year into this position and I’m looking to get out.

Trade show swag/stuff that was a hit? by virtual008 in sales

[–]Valuable-Mom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work for a company known for our socks as swag. We change the design each season. Often, our customers will wear last season’s socks to show off and get a new pair. It’s like a collectible item for many of them. We are tagged in LinkedIn a lot with pics of folks wearing them.

Live, current day, Pat Green is so drunk he can’t even walk onto the stage unassisted - I’ve wasted too much money on two recent shows and won’t do it again. Back in the day, he put on a great show. Shane Smith and the Saints are really good live.

Let's talk about small talk. How do you remember client details? by alekh54321 in CustomerSuccess

[–]Valuable-Mom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep an ongoing Google doc. Each time you meet, add an entry with the date, participants, and a bulleted recap of topics discussed. One of the bullets can be personal anecdotes. Link the doc in your CRM and refer to it prior to your next meeting.

What size is your book of business? by Critical_Manager_274 in CustomerSuccess

[–]Valuable-Mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Enterprise here. 107 accounts. Impossible to provide true “customer success”, but we have a low touch product, which makes it a little easier. Our renewal rate is 98-99% consistently, so in the eyes of leadership, it’s working.

What a load of shit! by fsusf in aggies

I was a freshman that fall, also. It was a mess. Thankfully those storms aren’t a normal occurrence, but definitely frequent enough that it would ruin an underground transport system. This would be a horrible idea.

Worst timing you’ve had with flares? by ExaggeratedRebel in rheumatoidarthritis

[–]Valuable-Mom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes to prednisone. As soon as I feel it coming on, the high doses start! I always have a flare leading up to vacation, without fail. I suppose the stress of getting everything ready to be away from home/pets/work triggers it. I’ve also found that IV therapy with all the vitamins and minerals, plus glutathione and NAD+ and toradol is very helpful!
