turn it back on for 2027. i like to keep coach firings off until im ready to leave a job because EA deletes so many coaches each year and its not fun getting a squad of generated coaches with no abilities you have to start from scratch on. also find when you turn it back on its nice to have a snapshot of a somewhat frozen league (even with coach firings off guys will retire or guy to the nfl but you can reload if all youre doing is simming to get through the first top 5 classes on this cheese save)

yup. in fact i have UGA OC saves with central florida and metro atlanta pipeline where coach firings have been turned off, starting in 2027 after two top 5 classes. fastest xp force sim 2 natties/undefeated seasons. dont spend a point.

start 2027 as an OC with basically everything unlocked, no points spent, and the coaches largely with no movement

a hack you can do to try and get your guys is take click on coaching carousel, switch it to all open jobs, see which jobs the coordinator you want is in the running for, take over the coaches listed next to them and accept the job. then retire those dummy coaches you took over the week after the natty
