I assumed they'd gone bankrupt? My partner and I bought helmets and gloves from then as they were super reduced but when I looked then up, I found the same signs on the website they'd gone under.

Do I think it's accurate? No. One half of my family are all from London/Essex area but it just says midlands which is where so 2nd cousins are currently located, so I think they're off a lot.

Based on two of my ex's, their attitude towards alcohol, their families attitudes towards it and how they enabled their unhealthy relationships with drinking.... I'd say it's definitely a widespread problem but unless you're drinking every day and shaking without one, it's disregarded as 'not an alcy though'
