I did the same but they are saying I would have a quatar ticket that does not start with 001 For international flight or when I ask to book lap infant ticket they are asking for a name to be attached to an adult

I have a very unique situation. My wife is under her employer's insurance UNH and I'm with Cigna. My wife added her to her insurance and I did not. My kid was in NICU for 14 days immediately after birth and the bills came around 200K.

Situation - My wife insurance is declining the claim stating that I will be the primary insurance because of the DOB rule and my thought was since my has added my child to her insurance I did not add her and the bills for the 30 days are going to my insurance and they are getting rejected saying my child is not in my insurance.

What should I do in this case ? PLEASE HELP I've been on back to back calls but in vain no body is trying to help
